At Francesca Minini, Milan, It.
With contributions by Angela Balzano, Camilla Monga and Zoe Romano.

Prior to the opening of the show, the gallery hosts a workshop from the series [ the Eponym ], focusing on life-logging, nature-culture, and body exercises. As a discursive event, the workshop leaves some elements on display throughout the show, including a sequence of short trailers—brief videos of around half a minute or less—that virtually accompany the workshop.

Deborah Ligorio invites:
Angela Balzano to speak about moving beyond binary divisions.
Camilla Monga to lead a session of body-based exercises.
Zoe Romano to discuss life-logging and open source.

The workshop includes a guided meditation led by Deborah Ligorio, combining mental imagery and breathing exercises to support the embodiment of the theoretical concepts introduced during the sessions.

[The Eponym] (2014-21), an interdisciplinary practice exploring the relationships between bodies, technology, ecology, and systems of care. Through artistic research, workshops, collective practices, and speculative approaches, the practice creates spaces for experimenting with alternative ways of sensing, thinking, and relating to the world.
